I'm Luke, a Master’s graduate in Computer Science for Games at Sheffield Hallam University. My proudest personal achievements to-date include Racecar Crashers (PS5) and my dissertation on procedural grass rendering. I fell in love with both of these projects from the get-go. I have also developed a handful of game jam releases and several unreleased projects developed throughout university and my personal time.

I love making games, and I love playing games; my favourite being Mario and Luigi Partners in Time for the Nintendo DS. I grew up as a massive Nintendo nerd. I especially enjoy playing Goat Simulator 1 & 3, Fortnite, and all the Mario games with my younger brother. He absolutely adores games and I want to make something meaningful for him so that we can play together. He's only 8, so when he watched the trailer for Racecar Crashers, he was chanting "Luke's game! Luke's game! Luke's game!".

I am a huge cinema fan. Looking back, I realised I missed out on so many classics growing up so I'm on a mission to change that. I created a Letterboxd account as a New Year's resolution in 2024 and it's been non-stop since and I have completely fell in love with cinema. Some of my favourites include The Secret Life of Walter Mitty (2013), The Parent Trap (1998), La La Land (2016), and more recently Project Hail Mary (2026).
